MOVARON LLC (“MOVARON,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides web development and digital services, including website design, website development, AI-powered solutions, chatbot development, AI customer support, lead capture systems, and related digital services.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request cancellations or refunds for services purchased from MOVARON LLC.
MOVARON LLC provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical products. All refunds and cancellations are therefore governed by the terms applicable to our digital services and the provisions of this policy, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

2. Digital Services and Project-Based Work
Our services may include custom website development, website design, software configuration, chatbot implementation, AI integration, lead generation systems, technical support, and other digital deliverables.
Because these services may require time, expertise, planning, customization, and technical resources, refund eligibility depends on the status of the project, the work completed, and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Custom development work, completed services, and digital deliverables may not be eligible for a full refund once work has been performed or the deliverables have been provided, except where required by law or expressly agreed to in writing.
3. Refund Eligibility
Customers may submit a refund request for review in the following circumstances:
Duplicate payments: If you are charged more than once for the same service or transaction, we will review the payment records and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.
Incorrect charges: If an amount is charged incorrectly, we will investigate and correct any confirmed billing error.

4. Non-Refundable Services and Costs

Completed website design and development work.
Custom programming, coding, and software configuration.
AI integration, chatbot setup, and lead capture system implementation already performed.
Consultation, research, planning, and other professional services already provided.
Third-party costs paid on the customer's behalf, including hosting, software licenses, subscriptions, domain registration, and other external services, where those costs cannot be recovered.
Digital deliverables that have been completed and provided in accordance with the applicable agreement.
We will not treat an entire project fee as automatically non-refundable merely because some work has started. Where appropriate, refunds will be assessed based on work completed, costs incurred, the applicable agreement, and legal requirements.
5. Cancellation Policy

The request should include the customer's name, contact information, relevant invoice or transaction number, and a description of the service being canceled.
Upon receiving a cancellation request, MOVARON LLC will review the project status and any applicable agreement.
If work has already started, the customer may be responsible for the value of services performed and authorized costs incurred before cancellation, subject to the applicable contract and law.
Any eligible refund will be calculated after considering payments received, work completed, applicable cancellation terms, and any recoverable third-party costs.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically cancel separate subscriptions, hosting services, domain registrations, or third-party accounts. Customers may need to cancel those services directly with the relevant provider.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement or required by law, cancellation will generally stop future renewals but will not automatically refund fees for a billing period that has already started.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising any rights available through your bank, payment provider, or applicable law.
